CONGREGATIONAL LIFE
Our Congregation is Built by us

Unitarian Universalist Congregations are self-governed and self-regulated. Our faith tradition has what is called Congregational Polity. This means that each individual congregation, though a member of the larger association, makes decisions for itself through the democratic process.

It means that we build our congregation by decision making, by giving financial gifts, and by lending our talents to the creation of new programs and the perpetuation of current programs. Basically, nothing happens at the Congregation unless members and friends imagine it, support it, and volunteer to help!
